Management of Analytics and Data Technologies
Turning data into decisions. We help people and organizations build the capability to analyze, engineer, and act on data — with modern analytics and applied AI.
What is MADT
MADT — Management of Analytics and Data Technologies — sits at the intersection of business, analytics, and technology. We focus on the full journey: from raw data, to insight, to the decision that actually gets made.
Our work spans teaching, applied projects, and the tools that make analytics practical for real teams — grounded in clear thinking, not just clever models.
Focus areas
Framing the right question, measuring what matters, and reading data the way a decision-maker needs to — not just a chart.
The pipelines, models, and platforms that turn scattered sources into trustworthy, analysis-ready data.
Machine learning and AI applied with judgment — knowing when a model helps, and when it quietly misleads.
Connecting analysis to action, so insight lands as a decision an organization can stand behind.
Our approach
Foundations
A master's programme assumes a vocabulary — API, port, RAM, standard deviation, variance, ETL. Not everyone arrives with it, and nobody should have to pretend. Two open resources close that gap before term starts.
Nearly 300 terms across computing, statistics, data engineering, analytics, AI, visualisation, business and governance — each with a plain-English definition, a Thai gloss and a concrete example. Filter by topic, or by Foundation, Core and Advanced level.
Open the glossary →A fresh set of multiple-choice questions drawn at random from a bank of more than 300, from everyday computer literacy up to advanced modelling and governance. Every answer comes with an explanation and a link back to the term. Students sign in to keep their results.
Take a self-test →Free and open — no account needed to read the glossary. Current students sign in at madt.study/app.
